Standard Delivery

We usually aim to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by DPD or FedEx, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

DPD and FedEx deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday – if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery is free on all retail orders over £20. Wholesale orders have separate terms – please contact us for more information.

Priority Delivery

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Priority delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster – your order will be sent first class or by courier, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.

Orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Overseas orders

We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the Checkout.

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 7-10 working days from shipping date.

Festive season

Please check our recommended order timings below to help ensure gift orders are received on time. Please note these are recommended timings and do not act as a guarantee.

Location (delivery address): Eastern Europe, USA, Canada (airmail): Last ORDER date ––– 5pm (UK time) 9th December.

Location (delivery address): Western Europe (airmail): Last ORDER date ––– 5pm (UK time) 12th December.
